Zotërinj të nderuar!

Përshëndesim letrën tuajë derguar (më 16 prill 2010) Sekretares Amerikane të Shtetit, Zonjës Hillary Clinton,
për të drejtat e shqiptarëve etnikë në Malin e Zi .

Fatkeqësisht diskriminimi dhe pabarazia e shqiptarëve nën Malin e Zi nuk janë fenomene të rastësishme, as të veçuara.

Ashtu siç një sëmundje manifestohet nëpërmjet simptomave të caktuara, ashtu edhe kolonizimi ka simptomatologjinë e tij të caktuar.

Në këtë kuadër, diskriminimi i shqiptarëve nën Malit të Zi është efekt i kolonizimit malazez mbi popullin dhe trojet shqiptare, ku Malësia e Mbishkodrës ka qenë e pushtuar dhe e kolonizuar që nga viti 1913 nga pushtuesit e kolonizatorët malazezë.

Si pasojmë e këtij kolonizimi, shumica e popullsisë shqiptare ka merguar në Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës.

Zotërinj të nderuar!

Ju duhet të dini se çështja shqiptare është çështje koloniale.
Shqiptarët janë të pushtuar dhe të kolonizuar, përveç Malësisë së Madhe, edhe në Luginë të Vardarit – ILIRIDË (nga sllavo-maqedonasit), në Kosovën Lindore(nga serbët) dhe në Çamërinë (nga grekët), prej nga u dëbuan shqiptarët me fe myslimane më 1945 nga krimineli Napoleon Zerva.

Fenomene të diskriminimit, të trajtimit jo barabartë, të proceseve të montuara, bile edhe të dhunës së hapur policore-ushtarake ndaj shqiptarëve po ndodhin edhe në trojet e pushtuara shqiptare nga serbo-sllavo-maqedonët.

Duke eleminuar efektin, por jo shkakun real, nuk mund të arrihet në një zgjidhje reale.

Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikë, si gardian i demokracisë në botë, si ish – vend i kolonizuar që din shumë mirë çfarë do të thotë lufta kundër kolonializmit, duhet të përkrahë dekolonizimin e shqiptarëve dhe të trojeve të veta etnike dhe respektimin e të drejtës së vetëvendosjes përmes referendumit për shqiptarët, që do të thotë që shqiptarët të kenë të drejtë të votojnë për ribashkimin e të gjitha trojeve shqiptare në një shtet të vetëm kombëtar shqiptar.

3. SENATOR, MISTER CARL LEVIN.

Esteemed gentlemen!

We sallute your letter sent (on 16 April 2010) to the American Secretary of State, Miss Hillary Clinton,
for the rights of Ethnic Albanians in Montenegro.

Unfortunately the discrimination and the inequality of the Albanians under Montenegro are not incidental or sepparated.

In the same manner how a disease is manifesting through its specially simptoms, also the colonization has its own simptomatology.

Within this frame, the discrimination of the Albanians under Montenegro is effect of the Montenegrin colonization on the Albanian people and territories, where Malesia has been conquered and colonized since year 1913 by the Montenegrin conquerors and colonizers.

As a consequence of this colonization, the majority of the Albanian population has emmigrated in the United States of America.

Esteemed gentlemen!

You must know that the Albanian issue is a colonial issue.
The Albanians are conquered and colonized, besides Malesia, also in Vardar Valley – ILIRIDA (by Slavic-Macedonians), in Eastern Kosova (by Serbs) and in Chameria (by Greeks), from Chameria (by Greeks), from where the Albanians with Muslim religion were expelled by the criminal Napoleon Zerva.

Phenomena of discrimination, of non-equal treatment, of wrought-up trials, even of open violence of the police – army towards Albanians are happening also in the territories conquered by Serb-Slavic-Macedonians.

Eliminating the effect, but not the real cause, can not be achieved at a real solution.

The United States of America, as a guard of democracy in the world, as former territory colonized which knows very well what means the war against colonialism, must support the decolonization of the Albanians and of its ethnic territories and the respect of the right of self-determination through referendum for Albanians, what would mean that the Albanians to have right to vote for the reunification of all the Albanian territories in a single Albanian national state.
