Kuvendi i “III”-të i Frontit për Bashkim Kombëtar Shqiptar, zhvilluar më 24/prill/2010 në qytetin e Himarës, erdhi jo vetëm si obligim statutuorë i F.B.K.SH-së, jo vetëm si strategji efikase dhe sfiduese kundër rrymave antishqiptare në atë zonë, por dhe si një eveniment i një rëndësie piemontale qoftë për moralin atdhetar që karburonë Çështjen Kombëtare dhe vet Frontin po ashtu edhe për vendimet historike që ai mori:

• Kuvendi i “III”-të i F.B.K.SH-së, në Himarë më 24/prill/2010, pas një analize paraprake të detajuar (mbështetur në fakte, infomacione dhe këshilla shqiptarodashëse të aleatëve) mbi ndryshimet gjeopolitike në Ballkan e më gjerë, vendosi unanimisht ngrirjen përkohësisht të strukturës ushtarake të tij, Armatës Kombëtare Shqiptare (AKSH), duke vlersuar se është rruga dhe mjetet demokratike, për momentin, ato të cilat do të lejojnë impelmentimin e Platformës dhe strategjisë së F.B.K.SH-së deri në zgjidhjen përfundimtare të Çështjes së Bashkimit Kombëtar, përshtatur kushteve të reja të krijuara.

• Ky Kuvend Historik, që i kalonë përmsat e kohës në të cilën jetojmë, cilësoi se: “nëse situatat në rajon do të ndryshojnë në disfavor të shqiptarve, sigurisht, nëpërmjet respektimit të strukturave të FBKSH-së dhe kolegjalitetit brenda tyre, do të propozohet rikthimi i AKSH-së, në skenë, e freskët ashtu si është “konservuar”.
• Kuvendi i Himarës ka, gjithashtu, një rëndësi unikale sepse përfundimisht ju dha grushtin e merituar disa elementëve karrieristë, delirant dhe të dëmshëm për Çështjen Kombëtare, duke dezinfektuar radhët e veta me perjashtimin cerimonial ( me votë të lirë) të tyre dhe duke garantuar anëtarët e vet dhe mbarë opinionin e shëndosh atdhedashës se F.B.K.SH-ja nuk është parti politike, por lëvizje politiko-atdhetare e masave e cila ka marrë për sipër detyrën hyjnore, Bashkimin Kombëtar Shqiptar. Nëse dikush mendonë, se F.B.K.SH-ja do të ndërrojë rrugë, gabohet rëndë. Ky Front gjithëpërfshirës nuk ka qenë, nuk është dhe kurrë nuk do të jetë pronë e askujt, por mjeti për realizimin e aspiratës së shqiptarve nën një betim solemn moral edhe ushtarak.

Fronti Bashkimit Kombëtar Shqiptar (FBKSH) ju bënë thirrje të gjithë atyre, individëve, që tentojnë të përulin, intrigojnë, sulmojnë apo sabotojnë qëllimshëm, për interesa të dyshimta, Çështjen Kombëtare apo figurat atdhetare që e drejtojnë atë, se nuk do të tolërojë për asnjë çast, madje do të jetë shumë i ashpër karshi tyre edhe pse ai është organizëm politiko-atdhetar .

III(Third) Assembly of "Fronti per Bashkim Kombetar Shqiptar", developed on 24/April/2010 in the city of Himare, came not only as statutory obligation of F.B.K.SH, not only as an efficient strategy and challenging against Anti-Albanian currents in that area, but and as an event of one importance monumentally either for patriotic morale that "fly's" National issue and also its FBKSH for the decisions that he made:

1. III(Third) Assembly of "Fronti per Bashkim Kombetar Shqiptar", developed on 24/April/2010 in the city of Himare in 24/April/2010, after a preliminary analysis detailed (Based on facts, information and advice pro-Albanian of alias) the geopolitical changes in the Ballkans and further, unanimously decided to temporarily freeze of military structure of him, [A]lbanian [N]ational [A]rmy (AKSH) by estimate that is the road and democratic tools, for the moment, those which will allow implementation platform and strategy of FBKSH until final selection of Nation Union Issue adapted new terms that has been created.

2. This Historic Assembly, that passes the dimensions of time in which we live, described that: "if the situation in region will change in drawback of Albanians, certainly, through respect for the structures of FBKSH and collegiality inside of them, will be proposed the return of [A]lbanian [N]ational [A]rmy (AKSH) in scene, fresh as is "canned".
Himara Assembly has also unique importance because finally given the handful of well-deserved some career elements, harmful to National Issue, by disinfected their ranks with the ceremonial exception (with free vote) and ensuring their members and all healthy patriotic opinion that F.B.K.SH its not political parties, but political and patriotic movement measures which took above divine duty, Albanian National Union. If somebody thinks that FBKSH will change his road, has been seriously mistaken. This line(FBKSH) has not been all inclusive, its not and will never be anyone's property, but tools for realizing aspiration of Albanians under a solemn oath moral and military.

Albanian National Union Front (FBKSH) calling to all individuals that attempt to reduce, plot, attack or sabotage intentionally for dubious interests, National Issue or patriotic pictures that it leads, will not tolerate for any moment, will be even more astringent against them even though it is a political-patriotic organization.
